FILTER CHARACTERISTICS
AIR3 air purifiers are equipped with a HEPA H13 anti-virus filter and a carbon filter.
The effectiveness of HEPA-13 filtration is less than 0.3 μm. This enables the capture of 99.97% of the microparticles contained in the air, such as fine dust, pollen, pollutants, bacteria, etc..
Modified activated carbon removes formaldehyde/VOC and other air pollutants. This keeps the air noticeably fresh. The area of activated carbon in this filter corresponds to the area of 18 football fields. The carbon has been specially activated and thus has a high performance in terms of gas dynamics because of its large absorption coefficient.
The antiviral PET skeleton made of copper and silver ions is the result of the latest research and development. Together with the HEPA-13 filter, it forms a highly efficient two-stage system that isolates and kills bacteria and viruses. Tests by reputable institutes confirm the removal of H7N9 (avian flu), H1N1 (respiratory flu virus) and other viruses.
